Entry and directions together with key collection details are forwarded pre-arrival. 5 minutes level walk to Falmouth town centre, harbour, Maritime Museum and Falmouth’s many fine restaurants, bars and Cafe’s. Ideally situated for touring all of Cornwall including the Eden Project, St Ives, Newquay and Land’s End, all approx 40 mins drive away. The communal grounds are beautifully maintained and comprise of shrub borders with dracaena palms and granite rockeries together with a Gazebo and outdoor seating area.
Sandy beaches are approx 5-10 minutes walk away.
Ideal for sailing enthusiasts and close to Pendennis Castle.
A car is not necessary if you do not wish to drive, there is a train station within easy walking distance, and buses leave The Moor, which is approx 10 minutes level walk away, to many parts of Cornwall, or you can explore by boat/ferry on the Carrick roads. However, for car users there is a private allocated parking space and extra on-site parking is available for your use.
The apartment is on the first floor of a 3 storey building with the benefit of a lift if so required. Main bedroom has Kingsize bed, second bedroom has a double bed; well equipped and fully fitted kitchen with double oven/hob, washing machine/dryer/iron, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, combi microwave, radio and TV.
Lounge with french doors leading out onto tiled balcony with views towards marina. Widescreen plasma TV, DVD recorder.
Fitted Bathroom with wc, walk-in shower and shaver point, heated towel rail, wall heater.
Bed linen and towels are provided. Beds are made up for your arrival.
Please bring your own beach towels.
