A welcoming inner hallway leads to the 2 reception rooms of the ground floor, with a sumptuous selection of beautifully presented rooms ideal for meeting the needs of large groups. Both of the tasteful living rooms have been elegantly decorated.
The first room has a soft sofa and easy chairs providing plush comfort from which to enjoy the ambient flames of the gas fire.
Children can enjoy the relaxed coastal charm of the second reception room, which looks out onto the pretty street. Furnished with an equally sumptuous quality, guests can easily unwind here with a good book or a movie, to the flat screen Freeview TV and DVD player provided. All the must-have mod cons including WIFI access and a games console are also provided, ensuring everybody is kept amused in this year-round retreat. The ambient warmth of a roaring fire can also be savored here in the colder months, thanks to the charming wood burning stove.
The contemporary country-style interior continues through to the fully-equipped separate kitchen. Perfectly suited for large groups and families, the kitchen offers a wonderful ‘heart of the home’ appeal, with a range-style cooker and a relaxed breakfast table featuring in a room full of all the latest appliances to accommodate family stays.

The sunny private courtyard perfectly complements the elegant dining room, with a relaxed area ideal for enjoying relaxed alfresco suppers in the summertime.
