The Cottage
Daisy Cottage is a non smoking light and airy 2 bedroomed modern cottage with a South facing terrace with garden furniture and well tended shared gardens in a quiet sunny area with the sound of nearby stream running through the village.
The cottage is open plan with a well equipped kitchen area: oven, hob, George Foreman grill, microwave, fridge with ice box, dishwasher and coffee making machine. The dining area has a light oak table and dining chairs. A high chair is available. The living area has a two seater sofa, two arm chairs, coffee table and book case and sideboard. There is a combined flat screen T.V and DVD player and streaming set.
The main bedroom has a 4ft 6 double bed and storage. There is a flat screen T.V. The second bedroom has full size pine bunk beds suitable for children/teenagers and storage. A travel cot is available.
The family bathroom has a bath and overhead shower, W.C, wash hand basin and heated towel rail. There is a cloakroom with W.C, hand wash basin and heated towel rail on the ground floor.
Miscellaneous
Electricity and bed linen and towels are included in the rent. There are stair gates at the top and bottom of the stairs. The cottage is heated by electric storage heater on the ground floor and on demand heaters upstairs. There is unlimited WI-FI. A laundry room at the clubhouse has a washing machines and tumble dryers. Two well behaved dogs are welcome. Dogs must be on the lead in the holiday village. The cottage has one allocated car parking space near to it. There is other car parking for visitors.
Facilities at Pendra Loweth
The clubhouse has shared use of jacuzzi and splash pool and small well equipped gym (seasonal opening). There is an outdoor children’s play area. An indoor all weather children’s play area is being developed. There are 2 all weather tennis courts. In the high season the clubhouse has a meeting area bar and café
