Newly appointed by experienced guest house owners, this 2 bed self contained apartment features its own private courtyard with stunning views of Falmouth Bay. There are two reserved parking bays in the adjacent private car park.
The front of the apartment is a light spacious conservatory with comfortable seating leading to a fully equipped kitchen diner, including a washing machine, fridge freezer, hob and oven and microwave. The dining area then leads to the king-size bedded room with TV (Freesat box) and shower room.
French doors from the conservatory lead to the second seating area, which has comfortable sofa and easy chairs and a Smart TV and DVD player. Leading from the snug is a twin/super-king bedded room and another separate shower room.
Heating comprises: central heating/ electric panel heaters. Wi-fi included.
Linen and towels are provided. Cot and high chair available, cot linen not included.
The apartment is ideal for two couples or a family of four. The private courtyard is a lovely space to sit and relax but is also practical with a washing line and outside tap to wash off those sandy feet and buckets and spades.
The location is perfect for water sport lovers, Gyllyngvase Beach offers safe swimming waters as well as SUP and Kayak hire. Just go for a dip before taking the two minute walk back to Dolphins Apartment for a nice shower and replenish. Available for short breaks in the off peak season and weekly holidays with a Friday change over day in the Summer months.
